Boston-born singer-songwriter Madelyn Paquette was ten years old when her passion for storytelling set her trajectory. Inspired by songwriters like James Taylor and Taylor Swift, Madelyn crafts songs filled with introspection, clever wordplay and vivid emotion, prompting instant connection with her listeners. Her music captivates fans with themes of home, love and self-discovery, reflecting a young woman’s entrance into adulthood. She applies an evolving lens on relatable topics, allowing her to share changing perspectives and personal growth. Madelyn has earned many songwriting honors, recently a BMI Foundation Scholarship recipient, Grand Prize winner in the 2021 John Lennon Songwriting Contest, and Top 10 Finalist in the 2023 NSAI Songwriting Contest for two of her songs. For the last four years, Madelyn has lived in Manhattan taking the stage at many beloved venues from the Cutting Room to Radio City Music Hall. In 2022, she graduated with honors from New York University Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Recorded Music. She currently lives in Nashville pursuing music full-time.
